OXYGEN BARRIER TESTING

We have two state-of-the-art Oxygen Transmission Rate test unit. These boast variable temperature and independent RH control on both the oxygen and nitrogen sides of the dual-head test cell. Testing can be conducted at relative humidities ranging from 0 - 90%RH, and temperatures ranging from 20-35°C (70 - 95°F).

WATER VAPOR BARRIER TESTING

Our brand new Water Vapor Transmission Rate test unit is a Lyssy L80-5000 module. This unit is capable of testing under a relative humidity of 90%RH, at a temperature of 37.8°C (100°F).

METAL ADHESION TESTING

We have developed our own internal test method to generate metal-to-film bond strength data with industry-leading reproducibility. Testing is highly accurate up to 1000 g/in.
